An Adult, Child and Adolescent psychiatric practice. We provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, diagnosis and treatment of various mental health services. We specialized in the treatment of Mood Disorders, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, ODD and other mental and behavioral health disorders.

We believe in Holistic and scientific based practices. Our approach is to listen to you and hear you without any judgement.  Listening to your concerns, ideas, needs and what you feel is the best approach to your care. We base your mental healthcare needs on your values and beliefs. Your family’s healthcare needs are also important to us. We work with Children, teenagers, and adults, everyone’s mental and behavioral health is important.

Through our evidence based practice and holistic treatment method we provide some psychotherapy  and psychoeducation as part of the treatment process. Four Winds psychiatry was established due to the rising need for mental and behavioral health services. With many individuals not having access to services due to transportation. location and other reasons we decided to provide telehealth services to ensure that it is easily accessible to every individual. This way anyone in need can access the care needed whenever they need support, without leaving their homes. We understand that each individual’s condition is unique. At Four Winds Psychiatry, we individualize our services based on the client so we can understand and address their symptoms with the context of their personal experiences, perceptions, and other factors. Behavioral health issues can affect the overall health of the individual. Thus, we take the time to understand the psychosocial factors that may be contributing to their symptoms. With this, we can offer a holistic and evidence-base approach to the treatment and wellbeing of our clients to support them in overcoming their challenges and living a better quality of life.
